On Saturday 6 February 2021, a brainstorming session on the theme of "Customer Satisfaction" was held at UbiPharm Niger for all departments of the subsidiary. The President of the Board of Directors of UbiPharm Niger, Mrs Fatimata Zara BILKASSOUM, honoured the teams with her presence during the session.
The discussions were fruitful and procedures were adopted to improve customer satisfaction. A follow-up will be organised to measure the impact of these new arrangements.
The staff appreciated being involved in this process which is pushing the company upwards.
